• RGB 소자가 적층된 패드에 일정시간 T-aging 전류 전달 후 Cell의 불량 검증 및 소자 활성화
• Cell을 1차 Camera Align 후 이송장치를 통하여 Cell을 Pallet로 이송
• Pallet Unit을 이용하여 Aging 실시 및 점등 후 양,불 판정
