Introduction

Cassette 또는 물류에서 받은 Cell을 1차 기구적인 Align을 하고, Cell 이송장치를 통하여 Cell을 안착, Camera를 이용하여 정밀 Align을 행한후 Probe Unit으로 Cell을 점등한 후 Vision 검사를 하여, Cell의 불량을 검출하는 장비이다.
