简介

• 在RGB元件被叠加的Pad上，在一定时间传递T-aging电流后，进行Cell的不良验证及激活元件的设备。
• 本设备在Cassette或者 Tray 上接收Cell，使用Camera进行初次对位，对位完成的Cell通过移送装置将Cell安置在Pallet上，在Pallet上对cell进行老化测试，根据老化测试结果判定良品cell与不良，并将Cell排出。
