简介

该设备是将从Index 接收的Cell，机械对位后利用移送装置放置在检查Stage上，在Cell表面洒上水，将超声波测定值转换成2D或3维图像，并明显表现Cell表面的形状和内部缺陷后评价产品的超声波检查设备。
